We will also screen for court actions, judgments and past evictions. No application will be accepted without a conference with you, the owner. Tenant screening in accordance with State, Federal, and Local Fair Housing requirements.
Monthly computer generated accounting statements, itemizing income and expense, monthly, and year-to-date totals, per property.
Repairs and maintenance if needed, with monetary limits agreed upon in advance by owner and Management Company. All of our vendors are screened and qualified to do repairs. They are competent, licensed (if applicable) and guarantee all work performed.

Periodic drive-by inspections of property with special emphasis on enforcement of rental agreements and provisions.
